Delivery

We work with some of the UK's most respected courier and haulage companies to make sure your beautiful Brick Tiles get to you safely and on time.

Our delivery costs are based on weight, so vary based on the size of your order, but are fixed regardless of where we are delivering to within UK Mainland areas. You will normally receive your order within 7-10 working days of placing your order.

Delivery is calculated within the checkout process, so please add your required order to the shopping basket and delivery costs will be calculated automatically.

We can also arrange for your delivery to be collected from our Head Office. Our address can be found on our Contact Us page.

Please make sure your order is checked and any damages reported within 48 hours of receiving them. After this point, we will not be able to offer refunds for any damaged orders.

Returns

We're happy to offer refunds on returns up to 28 days from receipt of purchase. Returns will need to be sent to Unit 17 Hewitt Business Park, Winstanley Road, Orrell, Wigan, WN5 7XB and upon inspection, a refund will be made within 3-5 business days.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and Brick Tiles Nationwide take no responsibility for the condition of any returns.

We recommend that all returns are sent on a pallet by courier to ensure safe arrival, the cost of which will need to be covered by the customer.
